IS YOUR WORK GUARANTEED?

We guarantee all our work for 12 months where we have supplied the materials. We do not provide any guarantee where the customer has supplied materials or items to be installed etc.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we have £2 million public liability insurance.

ARE YOU A GAS SAFE (CORGI) ENGINEER?

No we are not but we can help with some of your heating problems such as radiator valves and other leaks etc.

ARE YOU ACCREDITED ELECTRICIANS?

No, but we can help with many electrical problems around the house, if the job requires accredited engineers will advise you of this and can recommend reliable partners.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all major credit & debit cards as well as cash, unfortunately we do not accept cheques. Our engineer carries a card reader or you can pay via our website.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

We charge a minimum of the first hour then subsequent half hour blocks, see our rates page for full details.

IS THERE A MINIMUM CHARGE?

Yes there is, and it is normally the first hour labour charge, please see our rates page for full details.

WHAT ABOUT QUOTATIONS?

We will provide free quotations on larger jobs within a 10 mile radius from HP5, for small jobs we can normally advise an estimated cost from the start.

CAN YOU SUPPLY THE MATERIALS?

Yes I can and they will attract a 20% uplift to cover sourcing and collection. If you supply the materials I cannot guarantee the work.
